That's most likely for a drilled shaft. Hopefully, the high slump is from water reducer and not from an exorbitant amount of water.
Nice advice, but of course we use super plasticizer admixture for reducing water.

That's ok: Cement: 450-600kg/m3 , depending on your requirements, strength S/A= 0.47 Additive dosage: 1.5% & 1.8% ( depending on the recommendation from your supplier admixture)
