These logical tests aren't always logical for everyone and doesn't make you any less smart and there's the rub unfortunately your success is based on correct answers. What most recruiters miss and developers alike is taking into consideration multiple intelligences. Thereby, ensuring the wording of the question is self-explanatory and concise to the point. What doesn't fit the rule? What rule are we supposed to abide by in the first place. It's not always obvious for people from all walks of life...Another equally important aspect is the class of the language spoken by candidates. No matter how strong you are in any given language, there always remains a difference between the class of a native speaker and that of someone who speaks a language as a foreign kanguage. And it dœsn't lie in your command of the language, but rather in the ability to comprehend nuances, inferences, cultural differences and norms as language cannot be divorced from culture. They get lonely otherwise😅. Most candidates have probably never been in the country where the required language is spoken, English in this case. Most of them learned the language at a later age. Consequently, most people will be given a raw deal because they will be competing at a disavantage with native speakers even though they could still be the perfect fit for the role. Who cares afterall? People set their own hard and fast rules and you just have to face the music...

They're giving almost 20 minutes and think 2 questions doesn't require this time allowance hope to get a reply soon from you..

I find it stupid to have so many stages, to wait for so long, then to travel to another country for ANOTHER full day assessment day after you did all those online test and English test and video test etc. All these for a F** low cost company. Even Emirates is not that picky. Just doesn’t make sense!

For everyone wondering when will they get the email for the next stage, if your answers are mostly correct and you pass the tests, then you will receive the email for the stage immediately after you submit the assessment. I have received mine literally one minute later. If you watch this video till the end, you will see that the same happened in his case.
