I wonder why there is no sound as well. Is it that the motor is TOO LOUD perhaps?
it says 3 AAA batteries but I only see a spot for 2. and the lights aren't working. can you confirm three or two AAA batteries? thanks
My remote has not come on using Energizer batteries. Did u get your remote to work?

How do you make the water flow evenly down the mirror? Mine gravitates more to the left leaving a great portion of the right side uncovered by the stream of flowing water. Please help. It's so noticeable.
I would love to buy one but many people complaint that the motor is loud is it true? if I buy one and I find out the motor is noisy what should I do?
Hi Damba. The only reason the pump would be loud is either the foam pads (CV cushions) were not applied to the pump before the pump was connected or the pump itself is defective. I will assure you that this particular fountain does not have any issues with the pump being too loud. The CV cushions come with each fountain and the pump will immediately be replaced if it is defective. We guarantee our quality and our customer service dept. will take care of any issue in a timely manner.

Hi I just bought this stainless steel 90inch. The water fall is not spreading 100% . I've added 8 gallons of distilled water. ALSO I installed 2 batteries into the remote and the remote does not come on! Help please
