Which country is this?
Just bought the fx30 as my first camera. Wanted to ask bout how it holds up when it snows moderately with winds - did u use a cover or anything when shooting this video? I’m super nervous that I might damage it without knowing LOL
It held up great! I did not use a cover. However, I was not out in the intense snow. I do believe it is weather resistant and the lens I used (Sony G 18-105) is weather sealed. If I were to film in the rain or heavy snow, I would certainly cover it. But the FX30 is a fantastic camera!
Ahh that makes sense. I took it out today to test (the weather was similar as your video) def have more confidence in it now thanks. Btw I got a sigma 10-18mm lens and would you recommend the Sony G 18-105?
@@bichu I do enjoy the 18-105. It gives tons of range, but it is not great in low light. I am am actually thinking about replacing it with the sigma 18-50mm 2.8.
