At the start of season of the lost Bungie done some changes of melee attack. They splited active melee ability and just a punch to a different buttons. Due this change they also increased duration of melee activation time and it affect titan hammer so that it sustain damage targets for a little more time (like 1 sec or so). If u use hammer inside of enemies texture it made him does a lot of damage ticks. So this glitch was used in posted video.
