I know right? They had been putting in gutters all over the neighborhood so when we heard jackhammering outside our house, we didn't think anything of it. I look out the window an hour later and THIS! At the very least they could have knocked and asked us if we needed that side of the driveway. I believe they are just putting in a drainage grate at the foot of the driveway. We are living in a rental so we don't own the house but a bit of hesitation would be nice lol!
