Is it still decel popping as much as before? I'm thinking of tuning mine by adjusting airflow mixture screws and running less lean to have less popping..
Sick bike! Well done.
Yo I got the same bike! On it for over 2 years, are you in the herts area? Up for a joyride?
What’s the 0-60 on these bikes?
Not sure, probably around 5-6 seconds depending on skill of the rider and how well they can launch the bike without the front wheel lifting.
@@DaBawski okay thank you mate cause im thinking of either getting this bike or a restricted mt07 I’ve watched almost all your videos which has made me want this bike🤣
@robhus1 Tbh mate, if I were in your position after having the CB500F for 4.5 years I'd say to go for the restricted MT07 so when you get your full A license you don't have to buy another bike, just derestrict it.
I've just watched your video, which is two years old. I see you still have the same bike. It's great, I'm glad to see you like it.
Thank you! Yeah, I still love the bike, although after having it for 4.5 years now, it is making me want to upgrade to MT09 at some point but I gotta do my "full A" license 😭
I get a hell of a lot of wind noise off my screen. It was on there when I bought it. Thinking of removing it.
Was ist the best exhaust for honda cb500f? I needto know please 🥺
Mate where are these mirrors from do you have a link?
Hi, it's funny how you're not the first person to ask me about what mirrors I am using, but they are just original mirrors 🤣
I have had people tell me that this bike just isn't that fast. I laugh and tell them to watch one of your videos! Thanks for proving what a wonderful bike the CB500F really is!
I love the way you show just what this bike can do. Ride on!
is this the sound of your stock exaust? if not, wich were you using in this video?
Hi there, in the title of the video, it says the brand of the exhaust. In the description of the video, it says the full name of the exhaust and link to the manufacturers website. Hope that helps 👍🏼
@@DaBawski oh yeah you're right I didnt see it haha, thank you!
@robertw9202 No worries mate! 👍🏼
How’s the windscreen at night bro?
What do you mean? Are you asking because it's tinted? If that's the case, then it's alright. The shield is so small that it's not in your way of vision at all, and it looks 100x times better tinted than the transparent version 👍🏼
Nice video, keep them videos coming
Thank you! Appreciate it :)
what mirrors are those?
They are original 😅
@@DaBawskiThey sit much lower than my 2018 lol, very sleek, what year is yours?
@@DaBawskiIs it that you just bent the mirrors down a bit?
@@ThaRealChiefObiEgusi Mine is 2020 model 👍🏼
Hi, what screen is fitted? Is it honda or puig ? Thanks
Hey, it's OEM from Honda.
ruclips.net/video/OmIaW-_DAq8/видео.htmlsi=li1qErzBzGfUUA0T
Whats the windscreen like
I'm sure it does help with wind a little bit but I'm 6'2, so I'm just used to being slapped around by wind, and to be honest, I mainly got it for the looks 😅
Cheers mate yeh it would have to better then nothing 👍
hows the vibrations on the motorway at 70mph+ ?
To be honest? Hardly noticeable. Its a smooth ride!
amazing bike. seems fast up to 80mph what's the top speed?
Thank you! Yeah, I mean for a 471cc it is quite nippy, but top speed isn't all that impressive, on paper honda says 112 is max but I've only ever got up to 107-108 in 6th and redline and that's speedo numbers, real speed probably was around 104-105
Hello sir, nice video, no music or talking, wonderful. I have a question, I own a 2020 cb500fa, and im just curious, how does yours look under the tank? Mine is pretty rusty between the bracket and sealing under the tank.
Hi! Thank you for enjoying the content! 😊 I don't have any rust under the tank. Well, at least none that I know of because last time I took the tank off was back in 2021 when I had to install aftermarket LED flash relay for the sequential indicators to work properly. The only places that I've noticed starting to rust are the bolts holding the passenger footpegs and few areas on the front end, mainly around where the fork brackets are, but nothing too major
@@DaBawski thanks for the reply 👍🏻😊 Im gonna have to get a new gastank for mine at some point. Enjoy the summer 🤟🏻
@Anders No worries mate, anytime! You too! 😊
...hey just saw the vid, which screen have you got on...looks nice...tanx!
Hi, it's original from Honda, I got it as a extra when buying the bike :)
Is it possible to do a flyby?
I've been meaning to do a flyby vid for a while so I will see what I can do!
amazing bike and sound. I have a 2022 CB500F myself and was wondering what all you have done to it. From what I've seen, this bike is not that common here in the US so id love to hear from you abt it.
Thank you! Appreciate it. I actually have a walkaround video of the bike with all the mods listed in the description. Essentially, I only installed cosmetic mods as I am on an A2 license, which is restricted to 47.5bph, so I can't do any performance mods at all because the bike is already 47.5bph which is still more than plenty for commuting around town and joyrides on country roads. Believe it or not, this bike isn't very popular here in the UK either. As theres a stigma about bikes under 600cc, people think they aren't enough of a "bike" People mainly go for the Yamaha MT07 or CB650 (if they are on A2 license because if not then they get the usual suspects: R1, MT09, CBR1000, Z1000, GXR's basically anything above 600cc as anything below isnt worth buying and isn't a "real bike") and get those MT07 restricted to be A2 compliant as the MT07 ans CB500F are similar price - sort of. Once they pass their full license, they derestrict the bike and have a 700cc bike without having to buy another bike. I personally love everything about the CB500F's, I think they are great bikes, but yes... with stock exhaust, they do sound a bit tame, but theres nothing a slip-on like mine can't fix. It brings out the growl from that little two cylinder engine.
@@DaBawski dang that sucks to hear how the UK is so restrictive. While the US may not have as many laws its still illegal to modify an exhaust... However, that's not really stopping me from installing a full CS racing system to unlock the full sound of the bike ; )
@Castlemaine Unfortunately, it's not just a UK thing. It's the whole of Europe thing... There are 4 motorcycle categories: Provisional - Temporary license for 2 yeaes that you can do when you're 16, and you can get a 50cc scooter or moped as we call them. When you're 17 or older, you can ride 125cc A1 - Bikes up to 125cc, it's basically the same rules as provisional but permanent. A2 - Bikes that don't make more than 47.5bhp A - You can ride whatever the fuck you want 🤣 In theory it's also illegal to modify exhausts over here but nobody really cares unless you're unlucky and you get pulled by asshole cop. Of course, if your vehicle is extremely loud and obnoxious, then yeah... you're definitely getting pulled over at one point.
❤rrrieiieeufudid♥️♥️
whats the top speed of the cb500f?
Honda claims 112 mph, but I maxed out at 108 on the dash, so probably 104 true speed
Change your exhaust for better sound
Interesting. Perhaps you need to change your ears for better hearing as you're the 1st person EVER to dislike the sound of my bike 🤣 But trust me, the bike sounds really good in person. Videos don't really capture the sexyness of the sound.
@@DaBawski I wasn't say that I dont like that sound of your bike , I'm sorry for that , it was only my opinion (•‿•)
curious how the windscreen works for you? I'm looking into one myself (5 foot 4)
To be honest, I only got the windscreen installed for looks, I just didn't like how bare it looked with no windscreen and I've ridden it once without it, just out of curiosity, and I personally felt no difference. All I can say is that whatever windscreen you get, you will always get slapped around by wind unless you get those really big ones that you see on adventure bikes.
I just replayed fc3 and the same flying corpse thing was happening with a takedown there too
I think it's part of the Ubisoft games charm - the funny and game breaking glitches 🤣
What leo vince is this?
GP Corsa EVO 👍🏼
Brilliant riding. You must do track days to ride that fast? What are your tyre pressures? I have had the same bike for just under a month now but the Honda specs, 36f 42r, don't seem to suit the bike and it's now 36f and r and still feels unstable and downright dangerous. I cannot get the bike to feel safe and I've ridden for many years.
Thanks! I have actually never been on track 🤣🤣 My tyres are always on 36f and 42r. I also felt sketchy when I first got the bike, I think it's just something you have to get used to and just trust the tyres and their grips but obviously ride within your own limits.

As im now an off road motorcycle instructor, i also have to sometimes take motorcycles tp the test centre for people. last few weeks ive been taking the CB500f out and every time i take it out i just think about how you and your videos gave me the confidence and inspiration to get off a CBT and get a bigger bike :D

Is it only with slip on or other mods?
just slip-on, I can't do any actual performance mods because I'm on A2 license.
@@DaBawski okay, now I know I will buy this bike tomorrow, lol
@@nicolafranzan5708 Haha 🤣 Enjoy! They are lovely bikes :)
@@DaBawskihey, just found this comment.. I am also an a2 rider, have a cb500x and I'm thinking about upgrading the exhaust.. what country are you from and did you have any problems with homologation because it increases power to more than 35kw?
@peroklinkon Hey, I'm in the UK, and no, I've had no problems with passing the annual MOT, as slip-ons don't really increase the power. If you did a whole exhaust system upgrade, then yeah.. maybe you'd have problems then.
Is your speedo kmph or mph
mph
I love these types of videos, no endless yammering about nothing to do with the subject... just pure riding bliss ❤ thanks for sharing your peace

I enjoy your videos. I have a 22' cb500f and love riding it! such a great bike and is fun to ride.
Thank you for watching and enjoying sir! Ride safe bro!
What kind of mirrors are those? Do they help you see better than stock?
They are stock mirrors 🤔
Looks like you have wider rear tire, right? :-)
Correct. 160/60 - rear 120/70 - front
@@DaBawski Yesterday I was at the Honda dealership to check the new cb500f, which I'm about to buy as my first motorcycle and it had visually narrower tires than yours and it is mentioned in the specification that it has 120/70ZR17M/C (58W) / 160/60ZR17M/C (69W) exactly as you say, so dunno if it's really just the GoPro which is making it optically wider.. It looks great on the video! 👌
@@primarqo That's odd, what tyres were they? Because these are Michelin's Road 5's, now I have Battlax BT-023 on and they also look wider but yeah it could be just gopro exaggerating the width of them
@@DaBawski I think it is Michelin Road 5. ;-)
I've seen people say this hike isn't really fast enough for highways. You managed to hit 90 in 5th gear and still had a few thousand revs left. Seems like it's good enough for the highway to me? This bike does have a 6th gear right?
Nevermind, 30 seconds later and you shift into 6. Got my answer! Nice riding man stay safe
Yeah you can hit 100 in 5th easily, top speed is 112 on paper. A lot of people talk down on the CB500F's but they are really great all around bikes for city and for highways.
@@nathanlawson5652 I rode my cbr250 to and from college at least twice a month. Was a 4 hour round trip all highway
Please stop scaring the civilians. Go ride fast somewhere where there aren't people and the only person you endanger is yourself.
I am so so so just so... sorry. I will try my best to scare military personnel next time as we all know that civilians just tremble out of fear when they see and hear a sexy Honda CB500F with LeoVince Exhaust.
Takto bym cały układ wydechowy wymienił i wtedy bym musiał zrobić ECU flash.
Dziękuje i pozdrawiam. Szerokości.
@@bartekp5131 Nooo teoretycznie jakby jakiś policjant się skapnął i by się przywalił do głośności to mógłbym dostać po dupie ale tak szczerze większość ma wyjebane... No i właśnie w następnym miesiącu motor będzie miał swoją pierwszą diagnostykę i pewnie będę musiał zainstalować db killer żeby przeszedł bez problemów :D Wydech naprawde super rewelka, bardzo polecam! Pozdro! :)
Hi mate! You already had your exhaust replaced here, right?
Yes, yes I did :)
Great video. Thanks for sharing this ride.

Keeping that or getting the new hornet?
For now keeping it until I get my full A, then I'm hopping on my dream bike the almighty MT09 😅😅
It the speed in mph or kph?
Mph 👍🏼
nice vid boy
Thanks dad! 😅
Your handlebar doesn’t seem to be perfectly aligned…
What you talking about? 😂 It might look wonky on video because of the GoPro's wide lens combined with the positioning of where my GoPro is mounted - The lens ends up being off centre and records from a slight angle. I assure you, everything is aligned perfectly 😅
@@DaBawski Duuuuude that's kinda funny! At 3:01 even your left arm looks weird xD Great bike and nice video bro
@Endrio Lima Wdym about the arm? Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed! 🙂
@@DaBawski In the minute that I mentioned your arm looks like it is making a C shape to the left. Like your torso is waaay narrower than the handlebars. But that's surely the effect of the lens. I watched your video bc I was thinking about buying a Cb500, but in my country they are a lot more expensive than the mt03 or the ninja 400. Went with the ninja, but I still like the cb
@Endrio Lima Yeaaa it's probably the Fish Eye lens effect that GoPro's have when you record in the "ultra wide" setting. Ninja are also nice! Ride safe!
Hi. How was it in the wind (windy) without the screen, like after 60mph? Thanks!
I can't say, I've had the windscreen as an extra from Honda and had it installed since day 1 and never took it off but to be honest mate, I only got the screen purely for the looks. Personally? I don't think it makes much of a difference. You will get slapped around by wind regardless whether you have a wind screen or not! :)
It's not a great time but it's not horrible either. Has a lot to do with your helmet.
@@DaBawski I got the 2019 model and ordered a screen for it and I think it does make a bit of a difference especially I'm a light weight rider :) cheers! happy riding!
@Shan H Glad to hear! I'm sure the windscreen does make a slight difference, but as it's naked bike, you're still sitting upright and getting your chest blasted by wind. Safe riding mate!
