    I watched this at Easter.. Great animation.. However,I found the rest very tedious and woke filled tripe. A better book to help anyone who needs to slow down (like executive folk)..is the compleat angler by Issac Walton ..

    I served under Chris Elliot at 21 Engineer Regiment when he was the CO, (I was a 20 year old corporal) he was a right task master, he expected 100% and you knew what to expect from him. Like a lot of officers of the time, he seemed very ambitious and could be very aloof. He ran the unit expecting everyone to be professional and expected the utmost from the junior officers and NCOs. I always imagined he would get to the very top of the Army.

      His MBE should be written as MBE(g). The "g" standing for "gallantry", an award made before the institution of the Queens Gallantry Medal (QGM).

    Thanks Matthew, I think we often underestimate the difference people can make just by what they do for and with those close to use. It isn't necessary to create a global organisation to start a change and make a difference, it's just making a start where you are. We wait for 'others' to do something that we can join instead of just doing something ourselves close to where we are. So leadership starts there.

    I just found Sharon in ChefAJ's RUclips channel! She's so knowledgeable and practical. She has inspired me to start exercising, because "aging is not KIND to anybody." I'm 60+ and have been a caregiver to my parents, so I have watched in despair what could be my future if I don't start NOW! I have lost 58 lbs for self-defense against COVID19 and started WFPB eating. I'm on my way! Thank you both for your contribution to our health!

    Apologies for the sound issues at 39:20 - the statement was something along the lines of "isn't it the responsibilities for leaders of countries to look after their population and to put their population first... how do they strike the balance between global needs and the needs of their citizens".
