You must physically be stronger faster and sharper than the average young man who doesn't hit the gym regularly. You also have to be very sharp mentally and spiritually thus you should not be a drinker or a smoker or a low vibration kind of man. As for being open about your finances, that's up to you. However, being mysterious is even better because once she figures you out you start to become boring to her. Also, respect and equality is extremely weak coming from a man. As a man, you certainly don't disrespect a woman but you also don't show her too much respect. A weak-minded man is one who respects a woman as if she were his equal when in fact there is no such thing as equality between men and women. Women are superior, not equal to men when it comes to being women. And men are also superior to women when it comes to being men. Don't be stupid thinking that respect and equality will win you over a young woman. Be masculine instead. A beta man is one who moves respectfully around women while alpha men are dominant and therefore much more masculine/attractive. I should know. As an older masculine man who is in top physical shape, I have effortlessly taken beautiful young women away from their younger boyfriends plenty of times. It's no big deal if you understand human nature.

I noticed that martial arts skills can make a difference. When I was the new kid in high school. I was not trying to dominate this school. I was just there to get an education. I got in five fights with five different bullies, and I quickly took them out because I was well trained in judo. This made me more attractive to the women at my school.

I basically agree with you. However, these principles are guidelines and not absolutes. Each relationship is different like a snowflake, don't be ridge in your thinking. One size doesn't fit all.
