ChiliTri is a Triathlon and Swimming Coaching, Camps, Training Plan and Fitness Business in the mountains of Andalusia, Southern Spain. We offer bespoke triathlon and swimming camps and clinics for all levels and abilities along with fitness classes and accommodation. We have an Endless pool, outdoors static cycling bike studio, Crossfit style gym, group fitness terrace and therapy room. We also over 121 coaching for triathletes, swimmers and endurance athletes and training plans on TrainingPeaks, Final Surge and TrainingTilt.
Fitness classes include HIIT, SH1FT, L1FT Strength, M1ND Pilates, Cycling, STR1KE and R1ZE Step.

Hello, may I ask how much narrower the Gore-Tex shoes are? Would it help to take a slightly larger size? Thank you in advance.
These are my first Hoka sppedgoat shoes so I cant compare with normal speedgoats but I get a new pair this month so will compare them.
Yea I love them for the structured swim session and built in heart rate monitor so I know I'm training in the right zone. I also like the swim straight feature for open water.
