If inverter runs from terminals, but does not run via Local control (operator panel) than issue is with parameters.

Hi. Interesting INGO. Some time ago i disassembled one of the KEB F5 keypads with HSP5 port to see what it looks like inside and i seem to recall it had a CANbus lines to that port. Did not continue checking other pins. Sadly i didn't managed to test the Chinese cable - destroyed before testing. Thanks for input

In my experiance, you can use a cheap end USB-RS485 adapters. I myself for service purpose have a Lecom AB adapter with RS485 and RS232. And i am usually using cheap RS232 adapter. Works fine.

@@theinel now you're confusing me. Video you commented on, shows Lecom LENZE programming adapters (RS485 / RS232). I can only assume that you have a system where LENZE drive is controlled via CAN (you're system has only LECOM CAN adapter) , and you want to connect to it via cheap CAN-USB adapter. This is something I actually wanted to try myself, but don't have a Lenze drive with LECOM CAN adapter to test this idea.

@@oem-xenon-repair7896 Lenze lecom adapter is quite expensive, if we can replace it with cheaper CAN adapter maybe will be good..Thats the idea.

Honestly I don't even know that this cable actually works through RJ45 port on the operator panel. Should have tested before disassembly. As i have original KEB USB adapter - I probably won't be spending any time on this Chinese cable.

I dont quite understand what you mean? It works with default settings. Do a factory reset, and it will work from buttons/switches connected toerminals.

What do you mean by polarity? Default connection is PNP (positive logic (24Vdc)).

If settings does not matter, than reset device to factory settings. I'm 99% sure that will delete all other settings that are blocking the LOCAL mode.

Is that a question? Or statement? Method, seen in video, will restore all settings to factory defaults (delete all settings).

Depending what control type you use (NPN or PNP). I probably used: SD to FWD / SD to RVS

If you have read the user manual, you'll see it's HF=Hardware fault. 20 = power stage error. . Probably defective power module. Replace the drive or bring to repair service. Do not attempt to do it yourself - way too many components are probably burnt.

@@ThorOdinson1269 that's another HF (hardware fault). 26- either soft start relay defective or IGBT short circuit. There's no Quick Fix for Hardware Faults. If its relays fault a replacement could maybe fix it. However you're dealing with relative high DC voltage. Without any previous repair skillset i would not advise to attempt any kind of repair.

Again -> depends on your settings. If inverter is restored to factory settings, then forward and reverse is by default on digital inputs. If your Inverter is already preprogrammed and inputs already used for different functions, then I can't helt you any further.

Depends on your settings. In terminal control mode - speed is set by analog input. In Manual control mode (control from operators panel) - speed is entered via potentiometer.
