11:30 As far as I know, Noxy reworked Chapter 8 so many times that it has been a few years since the last chapter, and I could assume that they’re not sure on how to continue from there. Like, the core objective of getting to and breaking the Notalium Administration was already finished (at least, it seems like that for now). There’s probably a few threads left dangling, but we’re not sure as to a definitive endgame. As you can imagine, they’re overwhelmed and worn out from this. They already know that it’s been so long and that people were waiting and memeing on Chapter 8. They even have doubts about whether to finish the chapter, but they also know how much they’ve sunk into this. And yeah, I can imagine just how much stress they’re going through to get Chapter 8 all nice and finished. Now, as far as I’ve heard, they’re planning to release the chapter this year, so hopefully they’re cooking something great. They got the ingredients, but no recipe. Hopefully this dish’s gonna come out all tasty.

This will be one of the first 14+ songs that i will try when i have Sun here. Always wanted to try this one!
