According to 8 CFR 214.2(f)(10)(ii)(A)(3) "Continued enrollment, for the school's administrative purposes, after all requirements for the degree have been met does not preclude eligibility for optional practical training." - does this imply I can continue enrolling for courses in my original degree program for the purpose of for example completing a thesis/dissertation? I really need to know this as my DSO has not provided any clear guidance for months now.

That payment is a cheat and unfair at best. In my opinion, students whose visas a were approved should be the ones to pay the SEVIS fee. After all, they should be the ones to be monitored in the US. Rejected applicants should be refunded, just as the UK refunds Health Surcharge if visa is unsuccessful. It's a huge $350 blowing up in flames for many rejected applicants

i applied on april 8th and got my receipt notice (68 days ago). i'm supposed to start working on July 8th and i'm not sure if i should pay for premium processing or not. From April 8th to July 8th is 91 days and I don't know if I should risk it and wait or just pay for PP or not. I really need some advice and I don't know if I should just reach out to my employer and see if I could push back my start date or not. Do you think I should fill out the I-907 form?

Do you always round up or down on the calculation ? For example 140/3 is 46.7 days. So is that considered 47 then? Same thing for 97/6 is 16.2 so would be 17?
