You forgot the show. Where do you put the cable once you pull it off that whole assembly? Where does your cable go? I’ve blocked a skidoo one off before all I do is put screws in the hose each end of the hose so it’s blocked off so you can’t get air in there.

O NOOOOOOO ......... That is a ballast resistor, not a fuse. It is to keep from too much voltage going to your coil and burning it out. I'd recommend you purchase a $5 resistor from your local auto parts store ASAP. It will look different and still work the same. Best wishes ..

Run the quad around your shop until it’s hot and the problem occurs. Then pull the fuel line from the intake port on the carb. Because it’s a gravity fed fuel system gas should flow out. If not then the problem lies between the fuel tank and fuel filter. I’m guessing the petcock is bad.

Hit it again bro lmao. You have to check for fuel flow when the problem occurs when the engine is hot not when it’s cold sitting in your shop. The problem occurs going down the road bro. You said the problem occurs when it’s hot.

Omg vinegar takes time to dissolve the rust. Put them in a bucket of vinegar and water for 24hrs. Always go natural. 9/10 these retail chemical products will have the same natural ingredients in them like vinegar and baking soda

Vinegar and CLR both need to soak to be effective. But BE CAREFUL with vingegar. 5 or 6 days in vinegar and you can come back to find "metal mush".

Thanks for the video. I just rebuilt a similar nikki carb and the intake flange where it bolts onto the carburetor is so warped that I see daylight in the middle between the faces when it's snugged up. So now I have to decide if i am going to just replace the manifold or try to use permatex. UPDATE: I used permatex gasket maker in addition to the gaskets and no more daylight. its running good.

I just installed a primary clutch kit on my 2023 Uforce 1000 today. It helped some with the jerky starts but not as much as I was expecting from what I have been watching in the videos and reading comments. I was expecting it to be as smooth as butter like the talk was. Not a total disappointment, it is a little better.

You can't see clearly in the video, but the spring gets hung up on the main gear. The only way i know to get it out, is to rotate the small gear on the starter motor shaft until its as far away from the spring as possible. After that, rotate the starter shaft to "screw" the spring past the gear. It helps to pull the starter housing off the rotor to give more room for tilting the rotor shaft. Hope that helps. The 2 bolts are the easy part.

That's what I need to know as well
