The man Henry Russell was high up in the Black and Tans. The Black and Tans were a constables recruited in Great Britain sent to Ireland by the to suppress the IRA. They committed awful crimes against the Irish in rural areas such as county Cork. Tommy was killing him for the pro treaty Irish (those who wanted to make a deal with the British government) they sometimes worked with the British government against the anti treaty IRA. They intended to blame the anti treaty IRA for the killing in a political move. Henry Russell is possibly inspired by the real historical event of the assassination of Sir Henry Wilson. Wilson was a British army field marshal turned MP and security advisor to the Northern Ireland government. He was assassinated in London in June 1922. Two Anti-Treaty IRA men were subsequently arrested and hanged.

Spent my youth as an adrenaline junky. Should have died 3 times for sure. When you accept that you are going to die in that moment and you make peace with it, then you don't die. That adrenaline DUMP is horrible. For a second you're disappointed. That's why Tommy fell to the ground and screamed. It's a life altering moment. 😂

I've just noticed that *Cillian Murphy* is going to be filming a third production in *Bradford* the world's first *UNESCO City of Film* later this month. That production will be *28 Years Later Part II: The Bone Temple* (202?) which will be filmed 1.3 miles South of me. It also stars *Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Jodie Comer, Jack O'Connell, Erin Kellyman, Edvin Ryding* and *Ralph Fiennes.* *Ralph Fiennes* was here filming his second *Bradford* filmed production (The Choral & Wuthering Heights), just a few months ago, and now he might be back again. *Cillian Murphy* also filmed *The Way We Live Now* (2001) here (a fact I stumbled across this week while looking for something else), and *Peaky Blinders* (2013-2022) which uses *Bradford* for 17 different locations. *The Way We Live Now* (2001) and *The Choral* (2026), use at least 2 of the 17 *Bradford* locations in *Peaky Blinders,* however *28 Years Later Part II: The Bone Temple* (202?) is using a *Bradford* location which has only been used once before properly (although it can be seen in the opening titles of *DCI Banks* and in sport documentaries) in *Sky Peals* (2023). *Six Triple Eight* (2024) which finally released its trailer this week, also filmed on practically every street in *Little Germany, Bradford,* which is where Tommy Shelby's series 4 offices are located.

According to GRR Martin, Velaryons aren't dragonriders. The Targaryens were the last dragonriders from Valyria, which explains their obsession for brother-sister's "fun times", shall we say.

Dragonlords from Valarya can ride dragons... not just Targaryens specifically. House targaryen was actually a lesser dragonlord family that survived the doom of Valarya, but all the other dragon lords are dead now. However Corlys's house is also from valarya, although Corlys's house isnt a dragonlord family, so whether house Velaryon can ride a dragon isnt fully known. The most likely reason Adam can ride a dragon is that Corlys hinted that Adam's mother is a descendant of house targaryen although is possible that house Velaryon can ride dragons due to their Valaryan ancestry but not confirmed either...so yeah it can be confusing.

the scene where polly and thomas are talking about giving Michael the job, they’re both getting dressed, they do this type of scene throughout the show a few times, there’s a fan theory that says they’re trying to imply that polly and thomas are also sleeping together sometimes.

That fight scene in the pub is funny, the Barman is like "Come Paddy... don't do it... No Paddy, they're alright..." It kicks off "THATS POLLY SHELBYS SON ARE YA FUCKING SUICIDAL"

the peaky blinders pub still exists , i have visited the pub many times , it is closed down but i do hear through the grapevine they are going to make it into a resturant ,it is also a listed building , i use to work in the area and it still has its cobble stones in places . They never had blades in the hats all they used was the buckle belt and steel toe capped shoes ,they would wrap the buckle belt around the hand which was leather of course and start punching you until you either black out . They once got this lad who had a pop drink from the pub as he was not a drinker followed him and beat him up just for drinking pop and not a beer right by the bridge which is still there .

The street around the front by the entrance, the street around the back (which doesn't have an entrance), and the connecting street have been used in many more films and TV shows, one or two of which were filming there just a month or two ago. Practically all of the streets in that mini neighbourhood will soon be appearing in the *Tyler Perry* film *Six Triple Eight* (2024). The Peaky Blinders are Brummies from the City of Birmingham. Billy Kitchen and his men are Black Country boys which consists of the boroughs of Dudley, Sandwell, and Walsall, plus the City of Wolverhampton. The Black Country and Birmingham are rivals, just like their football teams are rivals. They need Harold Hancox aka The Digbeth Kid in prison, so that it looks like the Police are doing their jobs, getting criminals off the streets, as they conveniently go missing whenever the Peaky Blinders are committing bigger crimes. Tom Hardy met his wife Charlotte Riley in Bradford on the set of Wuthering Heights (2009) for ITV which is written by Bradford author Emily Bronte.

I don't hear Bane as Bane spoke in a posh accent, whereas Alfie speaks in a cockney accent. Finn was just a few days away from turning 11yo at the beginning of series 1. Ada had her baby by the end of series 1. Therefore by the beginning of series 2, Finn is at least 13 years and 9 months old.

There's 3 Churchill's - Two of the three make their first appearances in Bradford, and all three have appeared in other Bradford filmed productions. Sabini went "digging for Gold" in Tommy's mouth, as he had his dental records. One of the "two women" who blew up The Garrison, was Donal Henry as you can see his Adam's apple. The other woman Irene O'Donnell.

I like your videos, I'm glad you're watching this series. For other shows I'd recommend "Breaking Bad" (although I'm sure you've seen it) and "Westworld" season 1. If you plan on watching movies I can recommend "City of God" and "No Country for Old Men". Cheers.
