I am honestly horrified by this but it has nothing to do with the theater aspects. I, and likely others, can practically feel the dissonance echo underlying the entire thing. I couldn't make out most of what was said by the performers but what I did make out practically shrieked of hurting hearts, dark destruction aimed at everyone watching and more. The symbolism also spoke to me of trying to get everyone to party and ignore the world falling apart around us to the point of ignoring an openly approaching death in various forms. I honestly want to demand that the performers have a therapy session with God, not a man claiming to represent God but God himself. Choices made can not always be undone. As such I offer a prayer for the healing of hearts and of spiritual wounds in Jesus' Name to all who witnessed or were a part of this. Let not our will but God's be done. In Jesus' Name Amen.
