Does anyone know what the species types turn into Jaffa in this mod? It doesn't turn Lithoids, I'm not sure what else doesn't convert

Looking at this at full screen makes me feel like I am loading the actual game. It takes roughly the same to load anyway.

Survival games really need to nail storms like this IMO, it really adds to the immersion to have top notch weather effects. Its honestly one of the main things that makes valheim stand out from all the other survival games for me.

Pretty cool concepts, although I can't shake the feeling that the vanilla designs fit better than this shipset. But this is a solid foundation to make cooler roman shipsets

It really looks like an ancient precursor race the design aesthetics really preserve the way what would Roman's do if they somehow managed to survive as a civilization and become space fearing capable race.

TBH their Military Ships are cunningly similar to a rebranded modern ship design of the Galactic Empire with an Elvish aesthetics twist or TBS this what would look like if Star Wars 6 was film in modern day set and the same goes to the Juggernaut it really looks like a modern version of the the Supremacy

There are more cruiser and battleship variations depending on the shipset you choose (carrier or artillery core, etc...) they are pretty cool too, there's a particular cruiser variation which looks gorgeous.

The Elven shipset also has unique megastructure models. Same with the Asari shipset by the same team. Also, if you're going to use either of them, grab the submods that change the highlights to your empire color. Orange and purple in particular look excellent.

The mod starts the END game crisis together with the game start, when everyone has 1 star system. Secondly, human civs should be allied in a federation (at least most of them), as they are the Imperium of Man. It's fine to have the xenos fractioned, as they kinda are, even most Chaos bands do fight each other, not to mention Orks or Necron dynasties. Maybe 4 different Chaos federations, one for each Dark God? Tyranids...they should spawn in turns, not all at once. Maybe the Necrons too, as they don't awaken all at once( perhaps use the ancient empire type of civ?) It's a pity they put so much work into this, but didn't finish the mod properly.

Nice! The star wars influences are pretty obvious but I like the takes on them. Maybe a bit of Stargate as well? The juggernaut reminds me a little of the Stargate: Universe ship for instance.

Would be really cool to be able to connect this with vanilla map (like each galaxy in this map is able to be selected and function as a vanilla map of various size, type, etc) and then deselected to go back to the galaxy map), which could make for an *extremely* long playthrough. Problem is I’m not sure if any home systems could manage to actually play it without combusting lol
