I wouldn't drive over 30 with the steering that loose
How much do annuals usually run you on the Schweizer ?
Always enjoy these RIch.
I love aviation and especially helicopters. You can almost see my house on final! I live very close to KBYL.
My great great grandfather was from Pond Creek, Jackson County per my genealogy. Being adopted and not having any real roots, last month i went there to find my roots, and ate at Opals for breakfast. It was good to dip my hand in the a tual Pond Creek!
I live next to KBYL and would love to see you fly over one day. I’m a helicopter fanatic.
Smooth
Love this view! Thank you again for sharing!
Thank you so much for posting your Flyovers!
I recognize that whine, lol
What’s the range and top speed on that?
I see you Rich!
That thing got a Hemi in it?
What fun! I like your 360° angles. I miss the 269.
I have my commercial with instrument rating, SELS and MEL. I always love flying at night.
I will sell you the new gearbox you are going to need very shortly if you keep shifting like that
Just did it for the video, but if you have turn signal lenses or door & window handles I’d be interested
Mmm
Hay rich it is me HUNTER JONES
I'm an aviation enthusiasts. This is very close to where I live in Corbin. Is this airport abandoned? I've tried finding information about it online. I found the owners name was Alvin Ray Carr.
Just purchased a farm their and can see the barn in your video
I was gonna tell you to check out the new progress but it seems you already have. The road is completely paved now since October between Traveler's Rest and Tyner. The road is completely painted on the Owsley part but they're only beginning to paint it through Jackson County. People are driving on the whole thing since it's legitimately a shortcut but it hasn't officially opened yet besides that bridge part in Tyner. They've also began doing earthwork for a new road (KY 11) between Booneville (Owsley County) and Beattyville (Lee County) that ties into this project, which will ultimately link London (Interstate 75) to the northeast of Kentucky, you could also check that out.
so touching for an excellent video
Not many helicopter's in our area. I always see life flight come over. I think I seen your chopper few months ago flying over my place. Hope you have many safe take offs and landings. 👍
Cool flight 👍 great job thanks 👍
Great video, looks awesome.
Twin stick T - case operation: He starts in 4WD low (underdrive). At 00:37 he shifts to 4WD high (standard range). At 01:03 he shifts to OD, then from 4WD to 2WD 'on the fly', leaving the twin sticks of the transfer case in 2WD 'High', which is standard range for pavement driving. At 01:15 the OD is again engaged, now the 3 speed Jeep is in its highest gear range for highway cruising. The transmission gears are standard range, the transfer case offers standard or underdrive, a Warn / Saturn OD runs standard or overdrive. With underdrive (Lo), standard, and overdrive available for each of the transmission gears the OD equipped 3 speed becomes 9 forward, three reverse and a four speed so equipped has 12 forward, 3 reverse. The 'LO' range (underdrive), however, should only be used in 4WD.
Can't easily understand.
The transmission gears are standard range, the twin stick transfer case offers standard or underdrive and shifts from 2WD to 4WD, a Warn / Saturn OD runs standard or overdrive. The lever closest to driver is the transmission gear shift, the next one over is the overdrive lever (forward for OD, back for standard). The two shorter levers are the transfer case - left is forward for 2WD, back for 4WD - the right back for standard range, forward for underdrive (Lo). At the beginning of the video, the transfer case is in 4Lo (4WD underdrive) At 01:04 the T - case levers are in 2WD standard range, the mode for pavement driving. images.mechanicsurplus.com/g/V4W6SkdrHo/060b3e9c5d7d54743918b3fa714119f7.jpg
@@-oiiio-3993 thanks for your information
@@asishgoldenmemories9452 No problem. I use a Warn OD in my current Jeep, a 'flatfender' with hopped up 225 Odd Fire and 4 speed with the older Spicer 18 T Case and have run them on other Jeeps. They are a wonderful upgrade.
Nice!
Awsome!
What did you used to rotate the camera like that? Looked really sharp
It is a gopro 360 camera, still figuring out how to use it, but pretty neat so far.
Just getting up to 40 mph wore me out just watching, lol! Btw, that is a good way to wear out an Overdrive unit fast. Fun video, Thanks.
HA! I seem to just use OD in 2nd gear going up hills, and occasionally on big roads in 3rd, but not often do I have far enough to go to get it in 3rd OD..
It's also a good way to run through the gears to test and / or to demonstrate. I've run Warn ODs hard off road behind V8s and on my current Kenne Bell equipped, over carbureted 225 Odd Fire with 4 speed. Never a hiccup.
@@-oiiio-3993 Sure, ocssionally spliting all gears isn't going to ruin a Warn Overdrive. However, "Herm the Overdrive Guy" says you'll wear out the syncros shifting like a trucker - and he should know. As for the rest, strength isn't in question. (I run one behind a 302 V8/SM420, and another behind a 225 V6/SM435)
@@charlesperkins941 Once one knows the dance, the OD can be shifted frequently and smoothly. I've never known one to have failed.
@@-oiiio-3993 Wow, I bet you know the "dance" so well, you don't even use the clutch, and they still last over a 100k miles. Simply amazing! It's not everyday a person gets to meet a self proclaimed Overdrive expert. Please, by all means, share your expertise all over the internet - I'm sure Herm the Overdrive Guy won't mind a few extra new customers.
I like your new camera, really neat! Be Safe, Dad
Hi Rich, nice view with the camera, which one do you use? I used the Insta360 for my video.
I just got a GoPro Max, haven’t quite figured out how to use it
@@RichWaite-RMWservicesLLC Well your video was interesting the way you selected the view and the quality was very good, I will have to look at this camera when I get some spare time. Keep them coming.
Another fun video!!! Thank you sir.
Rich, Did you get a new camera? The pic is very clean and sharp without much vibration!
Nice you better have your long johns on
I do
Looking kinda cold out there today LOL Warm air coming this week!
You are my teacher! Thank you for your hard work! we love you! Looking forward to your next new work! Hope you are happy! God bless you!!!
Where is the siren and red light
Thanks for posting these videos, I enjoy them very much. What are you using to get the GPWS warnings?
It is the Garmin 796, it is good but designed for airplanes so the warnings are a little excessive even on the lowest settings.
Thanks man I always wanted to fry,, an around too just look.. Be safe
Looks like you have room in the passenger seat for me..
Looks great,well done!
That view never gets old.
But it does get cold! I can’t wait for spring and doors off flying!
@@RichWaite-RMWservicesLLCWeird. I felt perfectly comfortable watching it. Not cold at all.
