Chelsea's made fewer. Celtic's high press yielded fruit. Chelsea's high line was torn apart (both by Celtic starters and by academy players and reserves). For all the moaning by Chelsea fans and all the criticism by English pundits, one salient bit of analysis is missing.... Maybe Celtic are pretty good. Twelve goals and three wins in three matches, that's impressive. Beating two of the largest, best funded clubs on the planet, even more impressive. Wouldn't British football, on the whole, be more compelling and dramatic, if the best of England *AND* the best of Scotland were legitimate European powerhouses?
