Thank you for your query. The question is unclear to me. We need to know the actual age of the patient before deciding which appliance to give. You mentioned that first and second premolar is missing and there is no deciduous first and second molar as well. If there is only presence of permanent molar and no deciduous molars and the age of the patient is young than in my opinion we need to give either Nance palatal arch or functional removable partial denture instead of band and loop.
