What a lie. Wherever "expats" especially Americans go to a city they screw up everything. Inflation goes up, property prices go up. Everything price goes up. Portugal is getting very expensive because of this. So when I hear "expats" are moving to the city X I move 180 degrees from it.

Just pick a country you like and find a good small city from 30k to 100k population. Keep it simple.

I don't think this video is for people who are familiar with Mexico. It would be the same if you or I watched a video about Iceland or Tibet. We wouldn't have a clue how to pronounce the place names correctly. Most of the comments seem to be from expats who have learned how to pronounce one or two things properly and now wan't to appear to be superior holier than thou experts.
