The Edge Panel on a Samsung Galaxy device is a shortcut tab that provides quick access to apps, contacts, webpages, and other features:
How to activate: Go to Settings, then Display, and turn on the Edge Panels toggle
How to open: Swipe left on the home screen
How to select: Swipe left or right to choose panels
How to edit: Tap the Settings icon
How to customize: Select Edit to customize the position, style, transparency, size, width, and vibration of the Edge Panel
How to appear over apps: The Edge Panel can appear over apps you're using
How to access when on standby: The Edge Panel can be accessed when the display is on standby
