@seancollins9597 i know it isnt full rannge of motion but this footage on this legpress machine was taken at a hometown gym. the gym owner is a older gentleman who used to be a bodybuilder in his younger days. i tried taking it up with him to adjust machines even this legpress machine but he would always threaten to terminate my membership for messing with the machines, and according to him that was full range of motion which we can agree isnt, but i had minimal room to arfue because i just enjoy fitness and working out and would rather workout in the gym over in the home gym so i never bothered to argue to maintain membership. just working with what i had capability to.

its not the best i can tell you but me and my opponent were feeling each others fighting styles out due to both of us being southpaw. not trying to make any excuses but theres alot of physical and mental that goes into boxing.
