Maybe I missed it in the video if you explained why but is there a reason that you did not remove the air conditioner, paint the rubber roof seal where the AC is located then install a new roof seal for the AC? I am getting ready to do this pretty quick like possibly the morning and weekend if the weather cooperates.

Question, I am actually heading out there this weekend for boondocking coming from Pomona. Where is that BLM located where you guys went? I saw the main highway there close by buy I am having hard time finding it? Is there signs on the side of the road to where you can pull off or can you do that anywhere up there? Great video!

Great video! We start our full-time adventure in June and just joined Thousand Trails. South Jetty, Whaler's Rest, and Seaside are all on our list. I grew up in Oregon so get to spend time with a lot of family this Summer as we travel. Thanks for the info on all the parks. We're even doing Christmas 2021 in Palm Desert just like you did last year.
