They have an active cycling community as far as races, but it appears that cycling isn't really a thing for tourists. The google maps doesn't even provide cycling routes. But seems to me that if your an experienced cyclist the traffic off the main valley road is not bad. Renting an ATV or scooter is about double or triple a car rate. And taxis would average out close to the rental car rate. So bikes make sense, but few tourists do it for fear of cars and narrow roads. Some places it's just too crazy busy, like wherever cruise ships port.

Is there a way to ride Re-zoned anymore? Was trying to scope it out on my last visit to Riverwood but couldn't see an entrance

Does the city ever maintain the bigger ones or that park at all? Sad seeing jumps and them being all rutted out
I think they do a small amount of maintenance, but yeah I agree, the ruts become quite severe.
