Not In Gaza was written after I attended a talk in Cork City given by the surgeon Nick Maynard who had recently returned from working in Gaza. The account he gave of what he witnessed was harrowing. The song is also a collaboration with Cork Health Care Workers For Palestine who march every Saturday in Cork City and the words of their powerful chants are included on this track.
