Do I need the hub to install the quick release
Yes you will need the hub install the quick release steering wheel. Some set ups come with it and some you will need to buy it separately so make sure to check if it comes with it or not.
Does it need to tune it?
Hey there, you do not need a tune to run this mod, but it is recommended to get the maximum gains from it.

Can you use the stock air box ? I don’t want to get the hvi kit just want to use the stock air box with the turbo inlet
Hey there, no you cannot. You will need the PRL HVI to use this mod, there may be other options out there as well, but they mention the intake requirement on their website.
And civic still dusted your ass 😂

Does it make the intake sound louder?
Yes it does, you can definitely hear it. It's deeper and louder when you get on it, and much louder turbo spool & blow-off/pshh sound when switching gears. (video audio doesn't do it justice, much better in person)
