I have alopecia and my hair grew back and started falling again when I was 11, 14, and at my high school and after high school even though it somewhat grew it still falls like crazy plus I have trichtillomania and it doesn't help. I'm kind of used to it but it's so exhausting about worrying if people at the back can see my bold spots and I can't tie my hair however I want because the bald spots get visible which is makig me embarrassed ( Out of stress that my hair is falling I'm pulling out my hair even more

I’m so sorry you went through this. I hope it has gotten better and I really appreciate you sharing. I am going through it and trying a carnivore diet. The diet is suppose to help with auto immune disorders. I wish you the best.

watching your video and seeing you breakdown i feel your pain. I have been dealing with Alopecia Areata for a year now and it has drastically all fell out. One day you have a full patch of hair and then all of a sudden you have none. I've been hiding it from my friends and bf. Came across your video cuz my 2 yr old daughter is also going through alopecia. We shaved her hair completely bold in order to apply topical solutions better. None of my family nor my husband side has ever had this decease. Seeing your hair growing back makes me feel better. I hope one day you would walk out of this disease completely

Boom, you said what it could be without even realizing it -- Vitamin D. Big link to D3 and hair loss. I would get a comprehensive micronutrient/antioxidant panel ran (this will most likely have to come out of pocket, unfortunately) and if your D3 levels stick out again, supplementation would be a must. Everything starts from what's going on in each of us internally. Hope you're doing well.

Hi 👋 I just wanted to say that I completely understand and emphasize in what your going through #hugs ❤! For the last two years I have been battling an aggressive, unique breast cancer. I lost my hair going through chemotherapy then radiation, etc… then to my dismay it didn’t grow back right in the front on both sides!!! I tried pretty much everything and it’s still exactly the same! I have learned however to embrace who I am and like you have the attitude that THIS DOES NOT AND WILL NEVER DEFINE ME ❤!!!! Cutting out caffiene and alcohol helped me grow some small spots back. I guess a lot of this is related to our gut health.

I just wanted to say how really brave you are for sharing your strugle. I have been dealing with similiar feelings for 2 years now becouse of telogen elfuium and androgenic alopecia...I am still learning how to accept myself the way I am...the strugle is real and painful. I know this doesn't help much but I just wanted to say that I can relate ... it surprises me how much shame I have been dealing with just with sharing with the people that I love what I am going through. And how much I have to take care and love myself despite what goes wrong in my life.

My barber found a spot a few months back and I was slow to see a doctor and Ofc now it’s spreading since I procrastinated so much. I’m assuming I probably will struggle hiding it in the following weeks and I’m scared the doctors will be slow with fixing treatments and such. I started taking a 5% minoxidil solution on my own when the doctor said I will have to wait 2 weeks for my appointment, but it’s too late or something. Really hope this all will work out in the end. I haven't done anything with my RUclips Channel yet. I'm mostly on my Official Instagram page, but I wanted to say, Thank you, for sharing your story! I believe your very beautiful! Your hair, is not why your beautiful. Your beautiful because of what is in your heart! You will be beautiful without hair, as well. I do feel for you. I have hereditary hair loss myself, and have also, always felt self-conscious. In photos (I am a Press Photographer) my crown area looks almost bald because of the lighting in them. My whole head of hair is very thin, and I would actually like to buy a nice wig for photos, or for when I do videos. It's frustrating, because men go bald by choice. They'll shave off their hair, and they're considered cool, or macho. Women are made to feel less feminine, like what you've said, in your video. We need to normalize baldness. I personally think you'd rock a bald head! We shouldn't have to wear scarves, or wigs. I've always said, since high achool that people should like me for who I am, and NOT what I look like! However, these days it's easier to stand tall, and to say accept me as I am, and to not shy away. Anyway, I thought you were very brave in creating this video! I'm also, very proud of you! When I look at you btw, I don't see your hair, I see your pretty eyes, and your beautiful smile. Your kind heart is all that matters! I pray for you, much peace and happiness.God bless you, and yours
