Wait I thought brains work together and there’s no scientific evidence that they do anything independently. I may be wrong tho please correct me if I was wrong
Great question, Tim! You're right, they don't work independently. What is often the case, is we are either more "left-brain dominant" or "right-brain dominant". Our greatest strengths can also be our greatest limiting factor. For example, a "left-brain dominant" individual can be extremely skilled at problem solving, but can also overthink/overanalyze. So while we need to tap into what is our natural strength, it's important to activate the other regions of our brains to find a healthy balance. What Zach's referring to here is to leverage one's dominant region by creating systems and structures that nurture the left brain, while easing individuals into practices that help to activate the right-brain more.
