We found this yesterday also. Just as I said how cool would it be if we find a cave and just around the bend, the dude I was running way said “like this one?” And we were checking out all the bones nearby. This map is so dope so far. This spot is cool except people coming in from the roof. Pro tip for console players. Community servers with collision off can plot over it or what we did and put the flag pole over the hole. By finding the sweet spot rotation. Seals it from dropping in. And the whole dismantle process if they are raiding you. Block the solo jump up spots and make your base more visible or put fences up there too. Stone pile for flag with no flagpole keeps you hidden. But there is much better caves. Even spooky cave paintings

For me as an bloody beginner both The chance to see them getting fired and a good chance for getting in with the recognition of which weapon is wich. Because mostly i try to avoid combats until i'm better at the basics. Me looting is sometimes like a slow motion action scene but without the action 😂

Raided those buildings tons of times had mine raided too which was a pretty strong design. They just watchtowered onto the roof. Simples

(Long text alert) Mmm I had the idea of making this base on an official server, I had everything, a barn near a lot of wood and various industrial resources, one day I disconnected and they looted the base, but they looted it without even breaking the door, I don't understand how it happened, is there any glitch to break through the walls or doors? Why I don't think it's normal on an official server

Reinforce the windows with several spaced walls in and outside of the building I built this base and only had a full wall covering my windows and someone broke the top half and crawled through currently moving to new location

This is not vanilla, I tried on vanilla and you cannot block that stairwell. :(

The amount of shit you need to do in this game now it obscene. The old ArmA 2 dayz mod was FUCKING AWESOME. Omg. This is now TOO much. I get it the mod needed more depth ofc I just wish they remake the game in fucking Unreal Engine. Its soo fucking clunky STILL in 2024. If anyone here DIDNT play the mod at the time you MISSED OUT. it was fucking like an EXPLOSION. It was like the Attitude Era in WWF you had to be there. i remember watching towelhead was it? (gunna google him now lol) on twitch Play this game for the first time and the music and hes like genuinely scared and i was and the tension and seeing real people who AT FIRST were ALL super friendly like LETS GET THESE FUCKING ZOMBIES DUDES. And everyone was helping each other. No discord just in the game talking on chat. Now you're shot on site because people just want your loot youve spend 8 ours grinding for. Its sad. But when you died on the old on it wasnt hard to get going again. When you die in THIS game with a good gear set you just feel like you dont wanna play no more you cannot be arsed running around the SAME places doing the SAME thing for fucking HOURS on end. Its monotonous af now. Who remembers THE fucking north east military base? and the fire station up there? Fucking unreal hahahahha and the one near the coast. Can you still play that mod SURELY you can? there MUST be people like me? Im reinstall arma2 Funny though because but not only did it blow peoples minds it also blew peoples PC up hahahaha soooo many people went out and got a better PC to run this old game. That's how SHIT the engine is.

The gaps will send you back quick,but what I like to do if I'm in a good spot is cover the interior of the walls with fence posts. They take no base damage and can only be dismantled if they know to bring a shovel with them. Good blast protection for your walls too,especially if you layer them,and always add barbed wire as much as possible to keep out boosters.
