Excellent explanation. Thank you, i will be sharing this with puppy owners. There is a huge misunderstanding of what actual socialization is. I love the example of the fair, running up to someone and what a normal humans response would be. If you think of it like that its easy to understand why some dogs dont like random other dogs running into their faces with a crazy amout of energy. The homeless persons dog was also a perfect example. Calm, neutral is what the goal is. Thank you.

This just got to show that training your dog makes them happy and obedient, dogs NEED to be trained in order to thrive, if you don't train them they become spoiled and dangerous ❤ keep up the beautiful work my brother on Christ ❤

how can i do this with my Australian shepherd? hes two years old and VERY loud, when hes in the kennel he whipers for hours on end (over night, before bed, a d whenever hes in timeout) as well as when anyone comes around

Training the dog is the easiest part, teaching the owner is the hard part. No bad dogs, just miscommunications.. Reward the behaviour you want, & find a good way to release that energy without barking. I believe in you, never stop learning & growing together 💜 loved ones are worth the effort! 😊

I have a yorkie and a morkie who bark non stop!! I still walk them twice daily but it can be embarrassing at times! They’ve been socialized since they were puppies but still bark at anyone and everyone! 😡
