I grew up knowing many MM members.. I live in Asstralia now.. but grew up in Auckland.. I was put in a home.. Dingwall... in Papatoetoe.. Rickets,, Kurtis.. Slug and many more.. We moved in there for a while,. The place is huge.. a mansion.. on St George's Bay Road,. Prime real estate with views of the whole Harbour.. with Rangitoto looming in the back ground... in the 80's Punk Rockers were prime targets for the gangs and others in General.. Willy saved my ass so many times.. as did Brenda..a Maori Punk girl... one time in Aotearoa square about 10 Jr MM surrounded me... "step you out for you're docs bro".. Come on mate.. I'm friends with all you guys., even though u don't kno it.. I replied... I was put in a kids home I explained.. they settled down a bit.. but Willy had some sort of thing going on with the MM... he wasn't a member.. but he would speak to whoever was starting trouble with me... and they would understand.., a couple would be disgruntled..., but after several instances after time they came to know me.. and would leave me alone... I miss those days.., I ended up going to the UK for a few years., catching up with the heart of the punk scene then...
