Thanks! I did it yesterday and held it for 30 min but was kinda surprised to not see any worms or parasites. I mean I have been eating meats and sushi in my life. Did I do something wrong?

also there is no way you stomach can handle that much raw garlic,,, when it goes in the intestines it reaches the worms and kills them, if it goes through the stomach, it will get absorbed another way ,,, going through the back end is so much faster
