It's a remnant of Windfury Totem and having Totemic Projection macroed to it. I have a Cancel Queued Spell (cqs) macro on my LL but that doesn't necessarily do much for the Storm build since we're not reacting to Lava Lash (not do I think is it really necessary). @@Nabuya1 I have two - one is a WeakAura (Kaze ERT Timers) synced with my raid’s ERT note for raid CDs, usually things like Wind Rush, Recall, and AG. The other is Method / Exorsus Raid Tools. They recently released a new function called “Reminders” similar to what Liquid had developed for RWF. It has specific fight ability timers and you can add in any spell to call out. Still figuring it out for myself but super helpful for fights where you’re holding CDs and whatnot!

If you feel overwhelmed with Ele Blast, definitely just keep running Tempest Strikes. The DPS gain isn't the craziest thing unless you're pushing like the highest end of content atm so the loss from messing it up will likely hurt you more than just running TS. I would say that the storm build (from Wowhead guides) is pulling ahead of the Elementalist build - plus you don't have to track Hot Hands for the added bonus of one button (Doom Winds) every minute as just another builder/filler. Just take our Ele Blast and you should be good to go!

Standard ST storm for this fight. No cleave/AOE or anything like that.

No need to apologize :) I don't do it perfectly here but opener should be Prim Wave -> Wolves as you're running up to the boss, then Wind Strike -> Doom Winds -> Tempest ASAP with > 5 MSW stacks. From there, you just slam Wind Strike as much as possible - you don't want to miss any casts of this - and fill in between Wind Strike CDs with fillers (Lightning Bolt or EB) while mashing Wind Strike and continuing with the normal prio. Wowhead and IcyVeins guides are up-to-date for the changes last week so that's always a good place to start.

Running the ST Storm build for this kill (ran this for Rashok as well). Essence and Bomb Dispenser for trinkets in ST fights. A big mistake that I see a lot is literally just as simple as not hitting Storm Strike/Wind Strike as much as it's available and then using spenders correctly in between SS downtime. 110k DPS on Rashok is pretty solid though but always room to improve :)

Might have been the worst boss I've had to prog on since I came back to mythic raiding in SL lol. Boss makes no sense.

Alright so this week I ended a 50% wipe at 132k dps, would probably drop down to 90-100k during phase 3 but otherwise I'm convinced it's just luck with crits and procs.

Storm Strike/Wind Strike highest priority during Ascendance for sure. After that, usually try to fill with Ele Blast or Lightning Bolt in between if I don't get any resets.
