Pole Flow Group Performance at Pole Faction🖤✨
I was initially concerned that this choreography might be too challenging for everyone in the group. However, I shifted my mindset, thinking, *"Let’s start with what we can do and build from there."* Over the course of six weeks, we completed an entire routine, and I couldn't be prouder of each dancer for bringing their best and showcasing their unique originality.
One of my favorite parts of this performance is incorporating freestyle moments, allowing each dancer’s individuality to shine through. While the routine is choreographed, it also has a "free-graphed" quality-a blend of structured moves and spontaneous creativity. You’ll even notice ...

I thought pole dancers use their skin to get attached to the iron bar bcs is easier have gripp on iron with the skin and harder with the clothes (Sorry about my english, I'm not english and I make mistakes when I have to write in other languages)

An Natto musste ich mich echt gewöhnen. In Japan gab es das zum Frühstück und och wollte nicht unhöflich sein also habe ich es gegessen. Am dritten Tag war es dann voll Ok und ich kaufe es mir mittlerweile auch in Deutschland. Am liebsten mit frisch gekochtem Reis und Nori. Frühlingszwiebeln sind auch nice. Ich mische mir aber auch immer etwas Sojasoße und ein bissl mehr senf ran.
