I happen to be a retired commercial fisherman , I just like yourself I made a living a fisherman and I was always trying new different ways of finding my fish girl I believe you are the same. there is one very effective way that I've learned for catching large fish especially that like to live deep in the water. we call it long lining. the simplest way you have one main line this line sits about 6 to 12 in off the bottom of the lake. off the main line you add 6 to 8-in little lines with your hook your bait is gently something that's live now I generally run between 60 to 200 hooks but you can use any number but I would suggest at least 40.now to keep your main line off the bottom say of foot it's tied to a tether line that has a weight at one end and goes with any kind of a float pop bottle whatever and do this at each end of your main line so that you can come along and pull it up .I would let it sit for at least 24 hours I've done this and to be surprised many at times with things I've never seen before.. good luck fishing have fun girl I wish you all the best I hope it helps you
you truly are an amazing young woman your skill when handling those floating Nets is insane. as there is so many girls on here that attempt to use those and their attitudes is just stupidity to to handling their fish and so many times they lose beautiful fish.I envy you I would love to have your lifestyle but with a propane fridge
