fun fact: outerdust is the worst dust skin rn. Basically, he starts with -1 kill right? it wasnt so bad when determination was good, but currently, every determination have 1 life most of the time, so you get buffs only once after you kill the second chara. basically cuz of dt rework dust is much worse than before, there's no more 5 blasters ruins dust.
