Flanagan & Allen Tribute, Bud and Ches sing this song at the Dad's Army Museum on 11th May 2024. This song was written by Ted Waite and refers to an English song particularly popular in World War 1 "Mademoiselle from Armentières" aka "Inky, Pinky, ParlezVous. Bud and Ches are a terrific tribute act and well worth catching up with at the various events they attend.

Thank you for nice comment. The town is steeped in Dad's Army history and is great but the volunteers are fantastic and make you feel so welcome. Also, not too far away is the Poppylands tea room (I have a video on my channel). Also, well worth a visit.

You mean they didnt put it in the Car Park where he was found, Christ there are some duffers around, who would not see a marketing opportunity if they fell over it on a dark night. If and when I go to Leicester, I will be visiting the Car Park not the RIII Centre.
Thanks for the comment. The old school building where the museum is does back on to the car park. The original grave is exposed and covered with glass and is incorporated in the museum yard area.
