    This helped me continue doing weighted leg lifts!! I use to do the same exercise with my shoulders down but I could clearly hear my bone hitting each other but when I started lifting up my shoulders went away !!

    I'm 75, in decent shape and have been working out moderately on and off for about a year. I was told that dead lifts may not be good for the spine. I use one of those leg press machines and can load it up pretty heavy. Will that suffice? What do you think?

    Please think about changing bicep to biceps. It's always plural, same as with triceps and quads.

    Would explosive cycling work just aswell as sprints? I'm only asking coz I have a joint issue with my right knee and cycling is all I can do for my legs without further injuring them.

    for a pre workout thats not very many calories....specially if you eating as much as you can....i need at least 600-700 calories before my workout then wait an hour or so before i hit the gym...then again i guess when you take those crazy unregulated and dangerous pre-workouts your body will just run off caffeine and adrenelaine instaed of natural energy for your workout....

    Your workout would have been better if you would have added 16oz of organic apple juice or quarter cup coconut sugar and water.

    Mine is basically the same except for the egg. Shocked you would use that awful peanut butter full of hydrogenated oils. Really bad stuff. Peanut butter should have one ingredient: peanuts.
