Major A1 + A2 = 92, GFC= 39, + internship= 2= whole together 133. GFC specified in the slide telling that, that much papers from GFC should be taken from 2 major subjects respectively. Other papers to make it to 13, are free to choose.

No ,for calibration in 40 x only need to set ocular and stage, find the overlapping points. Then multiply no : of divisions b/ n the overlapping lines in stage x 10 micrometer divided by no: of divisions b/n overlapping lines in ocular. That’s all.

Im Quandile Dingle 999 Watching the practical Cockroach digestive system
and in one procedure they mentioned adding 5ml DW after cooling down the samples from the water bath. the following happened. Kindly guide me. when I added 5 ml DW at last. The color changed from dark green to brick red. and the absorbance was totally different as follows. Glucose -working standard(10 ml stock sol in 100 ml DW)-Absorbance at 620nm 1.Blank-0.971 2.0.2ml-2.147 3.0.4ml-2.474 4.0.6ml-2.660 5.0.8ml-2.663 6.1ml-2.800 7.Sample 1-1.354 8.Sample 2-1.233 9.Sample 3-1.459 10.Sample-4-2.055 11.Sample-5-1.685
my samples are too dark for the uv to detect the readings? how m i supposed to avoid the error?
Don’t add distilled water last, instead please follow my procedure.. According to the concentration , before adding anthron reagent, need to make up each concentration to 1 ml.
blank solution will be distilled water of Sulphuric acid?for UV spec?
Black solution is anthrone reagent. It helps to form coloured complex after reacting with the contained monosaccharide. Then only can quantify using colorimeter or spectrophotometer. Its principle was explained in the first half of the video. Thanks for watching ❣
