    Yeah no. Be really careful about that. My old therapist, lovely lady, did the exact same thing. Her other patient decided to stalk her and attacked her in the end because they had so much in common. She no longer practices.

      @@MomokaOra oh wow, thanks for that! No, I simply explain what traumas happened in my life and try to show that it’s ok to talk about them and that if you are experiencing something similar, you are not alone ❤️ but I’ll take your story into consideration for sure!

    The first thing I was told by my therapist is that the point of therapy is that at some point you no longer need it. I think of it as a personal trainer. They’re there to teach you to get to know your body and different kinds of exercises, but ultimately the idea is that at some point (exceptions applicable if course) you no longer need them and you can exercise effectively by yourself

I have a husband and children also love my life the way it is I have asked my baby sister if she would like to have kids in the future and she said no and that's that it's her life and I respect that we are all literally different people with many other things that make us happy 💕 I personally don't like those people who tell you to live the way they do....umm no thanks just be happy for me like I am you 😂.

    Would have to know what you found so traumatic to have an opinion. I once had a gal tell me all the terrible things that happened to her as a child that had her upset - bee sting, getting hit by a rolling log, falling from her bike and getting scraped up, and other similar things. I told her that sounded like my third grade year. I told her it was called "childhood".
