This is generally called TA or Timed Attack. There is another method called ATA or Arrival Time Attack. it is used when you have a large alliance and have too many people to try and post times for everyone. You select a time based on the gift clock on top right. you post the time and everyone has to arrive at the target at that time. It also works better when you have events like GC when the Scamel game has a lot of lag.

Everything Scamel does is to make you want to spend more $. Interesting to see your video.. on my city/nation/server, I get up to 1.3M troops by the time I get to L19 and I usually have over 70K score. 🤨 If I spend and use all the gold dice, I can get over 100K. The four monsters are also much higher BP??? What is your city level? OK, I see you are in the 1000 Globe. Now it makes more sense about the score/BP. As for the last monster, it is not one that can be killed. It is just for points.
