Dont purchase it …all fingerprints are accepted

There is voice break for setting up number lock and I am unable to set the number clock correctly can you explain how to reset the finger lock and number lock

Just purchased from Amazon. It's working fine so far. Fingerprint is working in Demo mode and keys are also working. Trying setting key and fingerprint

I'm purchase from amazon,and received today at 9th Oct 2024. Fingerprint sensor not accept of my fingerprint. All person's fingerprint accepted. Green button for setup not working. I think Amazon's sellers send me a defective pc of lavna lockers Customer support number not any responding.

Service is not good only one customer care that is also busy every time no courtesy to call back

First please provide information on what door thickness will fit this lock...

Do not buy lock from this vendor . It might look good initially , but longevity is a problem. I got one installed a couple of years back . The motor failed twice since then. Now they have discontinued this model and declines any request to service it and instead pushes to purchase a new model . The problem with this is installation requires drilling & cutting your door , and if the model fails you may have to replace the door itself.

Never buy Lavna locks. Their after sales service is pathetic. No one replies you properly. Aap lock khareed lo uske baad hafte bhar koi install karne nahi aata. Fraud log hain. Inki team ki call recording ke saath ek EXPOSE video bahut jaldi kisi bade channel par release hone wala hai

Avoid purchasing the Lavna LA16 smart lock. The customer support is extremely poor, and the physical keys provided do not work. The setup process is entirely different from what is shown in the instructional video, and the app interface is not the same. I installed this lock with my grandmother's convenience in mind, but it has now become a burden. If you're considering a smart lock, I recommend looking at brands like Godrej, Qubo, or Atomberg. Don’t focus solely on the price; you might end up having to break down another door if you encounter similar issues. So, please avoid buying the Lavna LA16. Dont get misguided by "taling network stuff" youtube channel... Its a paid promotion the guy sucks really everyone's money.

Good product LA24 very much satisfied,, even an illiterate carpenter also installed with help of video but my son studying 9th std is very much helping in understanding demo video for carpenter
