Paragliding Bormio, Italian Alps
Hiked up to the top of Dosso le Pone (2540m), from Oga. Nice takeoff into wind and some exciting thermals above Isolaccia. Crossed over to Plazzanecco, and them back down to Bormio LZ. 1h2mins. Longest flight on my new Sky Kudos 2.

The tide snuck up on this sailboat before they were ready to go. A small dinghy came and attempted to help them get the keel out of the sand, but they had no luck. Not a bad place to spend the day though! It’s all different the path to get there! All logged up
Drop anchor as far out as you can and run the line back through the center of a bow cleat to a winch and winch it out...
I'm curious, what's the elevation here?
6,700'
@@davedc6969 How’s your power operating at that altitude?
@@MicahMuzio Power in fine! I don't think I've landed there > 2350 lbs. Usually pulling 20-22" MAP depending on the temps and loads with a fairly flat approach.
@@davedc6969 Thanks for clarifying!
How do you get to this spot?
Not sure, my friend's drove. It's up near Davis Lake. East side of Stave
It has changed so much since this was taken.....its the same spot but wow how years can change rock that much! UNBELIEVABLE!
Good change or bad? It’s it still worth driving and making the trek to swim ? I haven’t been there in 5yrs haha
so epic
the framerate looks so good. is this with 3090 or something else?
i9-10850k + 3080 TUF. 32GB of 3600MHz RAM. Mix of High / Ultra, mostly Ultra. I get 60fps, but closer to 50 when recording like this.

Used to go here in the 80s and 90s all the time great place in the summer. Totally can’t remember how to get there anymore LOL
Is it north of cascade falls?
Well done, where did you take off from? I really want to try to get there!!
You look pretty low there for a circuit. I can’t see your instruments to tell but seems low.
Ian Bishop Circuit Elevation is 500’ AGL at this airport for helicopters. 1000’ for fixed wing. I’m at 700’, which is 500’ AGL as the airport is at 195’ ASL.
sick shots
Used to go here every weekend in the mid 90s, Amazing Place!

Nice!!!
Definately need a much longer tow line and slack off anchor tension...hope they made it safe and sound
alain miclette they were high centred until the tide came back down. What they really needed was to leave before the ride got to that point!
your a good flyer
Someone please explain how to get there thanks
"yall to get there go on sylvester road as if youre going to cascade falls but keep going till the road turns into gravel. you then keep going on that road for like ever until at one point you come across on your left? i think a road with a sign that says "lease" (im also pretty sure it says lost creek forest service road). turn onto that road and after a while you will come to a trench on your right hand side about knee deep (its rly obvious). the trench is in the middle of a small road. further up past that is a small shooting range. park near the trench (or if you have a four wheel drive you could drive over it as theres an area to park on the road) adn walk down the road. youll come to an area big enough to park adn theres a steep trail down to the river from there" copied reply from one of the other fire creek videos

Great video, what trail is this?
Awesome, thanks we're heading there next week so we'll check it out!
How did you do this drone work?
Looks great. Which trail is this?
Landmine leaving out of the town Blue Diamond north side. Landmine Loop is about 9 miles but has many trails that shoot of it. Check out Trailforks for the whole network. You can spend all day out there.
awesome. I'm going to try and bring up my inspire 1 this weekend. What drone do you have?
I think your right foot slipped a little bit, not to mention your lean seemed too far forward that the glider was straight, but your top cage was pushing on the riser lines.
You probably could have applied more throttle as you said. But the problem was you gave up running. If you kept running at some point you would get to the necessary speed. Never stop running. Head up. Fly Safe!
