Acro, probably but it's more of CG as the jet needed a wee bit nose heavy. I do have a timer but still figuring out what my flight time is. The battery voltage seems accurate enough as the O3 is connected to the flight battery via the AIO. Currently, the timer is set at 5 mins, but most likely the 2200mAh packs would only last 3 minutes or with an extra 30 seconds max. I'm running a GEPRC AIO but only for OSD and arming signal for the O3. I'm still flying with an RM ER8 ELRS PWM receiver mated to a Hobbyeagle gyro and not using Inav.

I'm using DJI O3 bro.

Slow and steady hands with a sharp surgical knife 🤣🤣🤣 I think analog would be better as it doesn't weigh as much as DJI. I had to upgrade the motors and ESC adding more weight causing the plane to have a very low stall speed.

@ I guess that’s the only option lol. I probably wouldn’t be able to use DJI either way because turns out I bought the 500mm version

@@uviolin593 Analog probably would be best as even the 750mm is a heavy fatboi with DJI.

Thanks bro! I don't have access to mini displays, so OSD would be needed. The Rafale isn't actually ready yet, I need to make some modifications to the cooling of the O3 air unit. Still gets too hot inside the fuselage. Hopefully I have time off work to work on it during the year end holidays to complete and maiden it! Thanks again!

I would think those who would want to fly together should all switch on at the same time before take off, not in the middle of another's flight.

It was the G2 and O3 for the quad. My friend turned on his V2 and Vista on the quad. We sometimes have both goggles change channels on its own on power up.

It was supposed to be a few weeks ago but ran into an issue with one of the canards, so I didn't risk it. Going back to the workbench until I can find time off work to rectify it. Hopefully get to maiden in the second half of December.

The AIO was only there to provide arming signal to the O3 and OSD (OSD can be customized in Betaflight) and do not control the plane at all. The BetaFPV 14Ch receiver is ELRS, therefore u can set it in the configurator to output Rx and Tx via 2 PWM channels. These two will then connect to the AIO providing the arming singal to the O3 via the AIO. Plane control will still be via the 14Ch ELRS in PWM.

That is actually a Radiomaster 2.4G Moxon directional antenna which gives higher gain. I've sinced removed the Moxon antenna and modded a Radiomaster Pocket antenna to fit the Boxer. I don't think it is better in range, probably just similar. Reason to put it on is because it is foldable and need not be removed during transport.
