ELIZABETH'S CONCERT OF HOPE PROMO
This is a promo for the documentary "Elizabeth's Hope" which I hosted, wrote and produced with my husband producer/director David Wilson. The story of Burlington, Ontario's Elizabeth Grandbois, living with ALS is inspiring and impactful and sends a message we all can relate too. The documentary aired on CHCH-TV, Hamilton, Ontario and PBS Buffalo. It is owned by the ALS Society of Canada and is the winner of the 2003 Exceptional Public Awareness Program award. Elizabeth raised $2 million dollars through her Concerts of Hope as an ALS advocate and is competing in the 2024 Walk for ALS, having already raised $11,000. Google her!!!!

Millie Wants Steak

Dog almost talks about how much she wants steak off her owner's plate...in the end she gets some😊
I've come across Roberts work many times, and the painting to give me the greatest thrill was one that he donated to the Algonquin Park fund raiser. In their art and souvenir centre a painting of a red fox so startling lifelike it could step off the canvas. I couldn't move a step further. If I had $20,000 I would have bought it in a heartbeat. The very essence of fox was in front of me. I'm in my seventies now, and expect no other painting will ever speak to me the way that one did.
Not only has Mr. Bateman been my inspiration over the decades to continue to improve my own artwork, he is an inspiration to us all in many ways. If I can say that my work has been a direct equation of his advice, then I will forever be grateful. He makes so much sense and puts things into perspective. Thank you for this interview.
