hey there - so i have a similar problem: one of my employees created a business page for my company. I am admin of the site on facebook and have all the login files but i do not have access to the business site. So she left the company and said she transferd me all the rights to edit the busines site but well i do not find any invite or what so ever... she just sent me a screenshot, that she does not see the site anylonger in the business manager so right now - no one i could imagine has control of the business site... So here is my question: If i have the Name and ID of the Business site who owns my page - can i somehow find out wich natural person has control of the site? If i cannot find the person who is in charge. can i claim the business site (it has my company name and address...) please help :)

What if the personal account no longer exists? It was deleted over 6 months ago but shows it still owns the page

At this point, the page looks very different from what you have in the video above. I can't even find where page roles are and it seems like there may be 2 areas to assign roles. Our FB page was unpublished yesterday (without prior warning). So while I was able to resolve one issue it tells me that we/someone needs to claim the page yet in another area it shows we are the owner of our page. So frustrating and confusing.

Thanks for this helpful overview! When I am in the Content tab and try to Export Data, I am running into an issue when I try to export Instagram data. The Export Metric Data window disappears when I toggle from Facebook to Instagram, and I am unable to generate anything to export. Am I doing something wrong? Does that happen on yours? Hi Jennifer - thank you for posting all these wonderful videos. They're a great resource. I'm working with a new client and it's been a couple of years since I last ran social ads. I'm added to the Client's Page as an Advertiser and the Business Manager as an employee (totally my bad - I don't have a business page set up) and looking at the settings/roles I've got Ad access but there are no Ad accounts listed in the Business Manager. The BM is their former agency. Is it possible for the Ads Manager to be under a different account? Or do I need to be invited to that separately? I'm regrettably unfamiliar with the updated Meta tools and I'm having a hard time helping my client get me the right access. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

I am having the problem of not seeing mentions and tags either. I have put in between 5-10 tickets with Facebook and they keep closing them and telling me to contact someone else.
