लोगों को लगता है कोई 5-10 साल से vegan है और कोई समस्या नहीं है तो सब ठीक है लेकिन ज्यादातर vegan जवान लोग हैं जो अपने 20s 30s में हैं अभी क्योंकि अभी शरीर जवान है सह लेगा 20 साल बाद जब 50s में पहुंचोगे तब पता चलने लगेगा शरीर को जब बॉडी सेल्स के टूटने की रफ्तार तो जवानी वाली होगी और बनने की रफ्तार धीमी होगी तब हेल्थ issues होना शुरू होंगे क्योंकि veganism अभी 10 साल से ही ज्यादा चलन में देखा जा रहा है.. 80% भारतीयों में प्रोटीन deficiancy है क्योंकि भारतीय खाना carb dominated होता है...प्रोटीन की कमी vegan diet से पूरा करना बहुत महंगा भी है जो सबकी पहुंच में नही है इसलिए संपन्न लोग ही ज्यादातर veganiam का झंडा उठाए नजर आते हैं... भई तुम लोग बनो vegan दूसरों पे मत थोपो।

Veganism should be promoted without caring the economy... (I know veganism is good for economy) The country have the responsibility to conserve their biodiversity. The vegans care about country's biodiversity and nature but they are blame that they are imposing their views on others. What the non-sense?? People are such addicted to their diets that they don't even want a slight change. The vegan food contains all the required nutrients. Some people claims that vegans food is not good enough (in taste) but they should think about this planet. Vegan diet is also associated with Religion. If you are killing animals for your food then how can you be religious? I don't think any religion (especially in India) promotes the animal killing. So, vegans are taking a good diet. Shivam, I am an ileostomate since 2009 having undergone treatment for colon cancer. My colon was surgically removed. I've been a non-vegetarian for ever. But lately eating meat makes me uncomfortable and I wish I could totally give up meat and dairy. Unfortunately, my physical condition wouldn't allow high fibre foods and other food and beverrage items that cause gas flatulence. Salads, cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, sprouts, etc are now completely off my dining table. Infact pulpy fruits like citrus fruits are taboo for me. What could a person like me do to give up meat and dairy?
