Revisiting classic RE games, I gave Tofu a shot. More than 20 years since I played this for the first time, this is my not-speedrun, not-no damage, not-kill everything, not-world record playthrough for this awesome minigame. Definitely a personal best, though. Version: Resident Evil 2 [U] [SLUS-00421] Main drawback, this version doesn't have a timer, and it doesn't have a result screen either.

If you time it right, you can jump over 2 holes. Simply run a bit past the limit and then jump!

Y mariano como interpretas tu todo esto? Es un juego bien simbolico haha, pero me parece que se pasaron un poquito en todo el tema de lo abstracto... tampoco ayuda que sea el primer juego de las creadoras jaja
For any doing this in the future. There been some changes. You can't activate challenges after you leave the starting spot. So you have to do a 2nd playthrough for 1 trophy. They added a little training zone you need to do in the beginning. So it need to add live a min or 2.
man, that horrible feeling of being stuck at 99% on discovered map, did this stat count the secret chest areas? or only the visible map

Progress update, i managed to reach both 100%, chests and map, but i though if i beat the final boss again the base trophies would pop, did i miss something, or the DLC map is required to have the "real 100%"

How do you start the game at mission zero for finishing the Ironbro campaign?
You have to play through the Ironbro campaign and then leave the save file ready to end it in one of the available slots. No other way.

@@RitterVonSchmuhl you'll just need to double check on the last one, as it was not required in the PS trophy list. I cannot see why it wouldn't work, though. Let's hope it does!
this game is way to fast get speed run first follow along, wtf is not better get other things first and do the speed run once got familiar with the game, I guess could paus but that also will take forever even if pause stop the timer, is not pausing real life time ahahah, no to take the speed run first worse idea ever
The idea of this guide is to get everything as fast as possible, but you can always take a slow paced approach and leave the speedrun for last. In fact, there is no real need to go for the speedrun at all, if you don't care for trophies 😅 Just enjoy the game, it is really nice!

You'll be able to get them further on, once you get a new ability. At some point (upon completing the challenge) you will be able to come back. Have you finished everything else?

@@marianocastria8566 se refiere a la caja que guarda con recelo un personaje naranja unos cuadros mas arriba del comerciante que vende sus 3 productos
Jajaja gracias por el recordatorio! La caja en sí misma no hace nada. Solo sirve para intercambiarla por otro item. Para que el hombre se mueva y puedas agarrarla, tenés que llevar al gato hacia ese lugar (el gato con el que se puede hablar en el área abierta y que te sigue). Espero te sirva el dato y consigas la caja!! 🤣
Thank you so much for the guide! There were so many glitches in this game I didn't think I'd be able to get all the trophies, but here I am because of you. One note: after getting the last upgrade, the trophy "fast 100% clear" didn't pop for me. In an act of desperation I defeated the last boss again and it popped!
I am really glad things worked well for you! I heard some others had a similar issue with the trophy popping after the boss fight. A glitch within a glitch, maybe? 😅
I know I’m extremely late on this, but he’s literally the first boss you beat and I never got the trophy for it. I’ve gotten every other trophy for every other boss battle except for this one… 🫤 Is this some type of glitch or am I doing something wrong?
The game is glitchy as hell. If you got a trophy before that one and you didn't reset the game, that might be your reason why. If you have the time, check PSNProfiles for the guide I wrote in case you can find a way to make it pop!
Does pausing the game stops the in-game time for the Fast 100% Clear Achievement?
Hi there! No, the in-game timer never stops (not even by going to the PS menu). You need to save and quit to the main menu if you want to make a pause 😜 Hope this helps!

You need to find the Pearl pf Dreams power in order to teleport there. The item is here 44:46 , backtrack to get there!

I'm not sure what you mean... You need to beat the first "regular" ending in under 1 hour 17 minutes, if that's what you mean. After that, you can take as much time as you need to beat the second one. This guide just provides a safe route to get everything in as few attempts as possible.

I really love this game, but this part annoyed me. The nature of the swap I would think to be to add a fun post game thing to explore with, but then they add this trophy and the final gate to incentivize getting all of them, which would be impossible to do without a guide. Or at the very least you'd have to spend hours and hours searching through meaningless glitch voids, finding nothing. I think they should've removed this trophy and the last gate, or gave you some sort of map or hints to find these last cards.

They don't want you to run, they want you to die XD
Does the speed run trophy have to be completed in one sitting? Am I able to exit and carry on at a later date and still get this trophy. Does the game save a time for each level and then add them up at the end possibly
Yes, you can leave and continue later on. Each level adds its individual time to the total. Make sure you close the game in between sittings, just in case.

I did the game in 40 mins play time but paused the game for a break and DIDN'T get the trophy. Most people seem to say it has to be done in one sitting and the timer does not stop if you pause the game. some people say you need to close the game down and reopen the game before you start your speed run attempt.
Those missiles cost energy, this must be with cheat mode on. I feel conflicted, I don’t care that cheats are being used but it makes the game easier so is this the route I should take now after crossing the bridge or not. There isn’t really a set route that I can tell. Just an end objective. I’ll find my way.
You will enjoy the game either way. Go with your guts. After all, there is no rush. This is just a way to get 100% without replaying everything again, but you can always come back for the speedrun trophy later on ;)

The in-game cheats are on. That's why. You can find them in the pause menu.

i accidentally locked myself in the clocktower, you know, that area that is ridiculously hard out of nowhere in comparison to the rest of the game (@1:50:00)? yeah. how was i supposed to know that there would be no way to get back? i just wanna finish the normal game, not these additional and OPTIONAL dlc challenges..... but i can't because the game designers were on fucking crack when they put this part of the map together apparently. such a shame because i was really having fun before....

I think the game decided to be a bit generous with the "Shaken Not Stirred" trophy as I threw the martini glass at a big guy then shot him a couple times and still got it

What do you mean? It didn't appear in the list of locations for you? You will find it if you "Dream" in the tent shown at 44:42. If you didn't see the breach before, it won't appear, so make sure you visit that part of the map from the outside first.

Buenas! El juego solo te permite sacar de a un trofeo a la vez, y si cumplis los requerimientos para los dos trofeos al mismo tiempo, se te buggea y te da solo uno. Por lo que decís, pienso que quizás no esperaste que el tiempo superara las 3 horas como muestro en el video, entonces ahí es que se te buggeo el trofeo, porque el juego quería darte los dos trofeos de 100% a la vez, y solo te pudo dar uno... Si es eso, entonces vas a tener que empezar desde cero en una nueva partida para poder conseguir el otro trofeo de 100% :/ Te dejo una guía que escribí por si te sirve para revisar a ver dónde pudo estar el problema. psnprofiles.com/guide/10312-anodyne-trophy-guide

Si hiciste el backup que recomiendo en el minuto 1:20:07, podés usar ese guardado y continuar desde ahí hasta el trofeo del 100% y te ahorrás un buen rato!

You bet! Haha I clearly lost track of where I was supposed to go. In fact, I keep on making mistakes up to 33:55, which is the moment I remember where to go. Just skip until that point.

Not really, that was the only big mental gap I can think of haha IIRC, no other skippables.
