i have a question i am trying to build a website where i would allow users to select a specific buildings and upon user's click onto a specific building i would need to get the data about the buildings? so far i am unable to do so because of sandbox mode not allowing scripts can you just confirm me that it is possible or am i just wasting my time trying to solve this!

This is great. I I work mostly in the ayout manager producing site plans for clients. The Atlas feature is a real-time saver. I am looking at how to add to this automation, the coordinates of the selected polygons/parcels in a table format with the following headers: LEG | Distance(m) | POINT | EASTING | NORTHING where LEG is the polygon edge between two vertices e.g. AB, BC, CD etc, - distance is the distance from one vertex to the next, e.g. 15; 25; 45 as the case may be, - Point is the name of the vertex, e.g. A; B; C etc, -Easting/Northing are the coordinates of the vertex. My work involves copying themdata above into excel and running a macro to sort them in the order given. This happens to be time consuming when dealing with large data sets where I need to produce several site plan. Any guidance will be appreciated.

Hi sir... can you help me. i not programmer just copy try and error. I using revit file convert to naviswork and then using naviswork i convert to fbx file... i also check that fbx file using naviswork and all property can read. After that i using cesium ion to convert to 3dtile file.. download and using from cesium js.. the geometri and material is ok but i cant read all porperty.

Very helpful. I found that I had issues with zooming to the extent and discovered this to be related to the CRS. For folks having issues zooming to the correct extent, try (You will need to match the EPSG to your project, usually you can find this in the far bottom right of the QGIS screen: project = QgsProject.instance() canvas = iface.mapCanvas() my_CRS = QgsCoordinateReferenceSystem("EPSG:3857")#Change this to fit your project project.setCrs(my_CRS) canvas.setDestinationCrs(my_CRS) canvas = iface.mapCanvas() extent = layer.extent() canvas.setExtent(extent) canvas.refresh()
